Weddings are nightmarish things and I’m glad it’s over. That said, we had a great party and an amazing outpouring of help from friends, with many folks enjoying the ceremony we wrote together. Wedding stuff is starting to eat into my goals and such. That said, I’m still going to be posting status reports on my goals semi-regularly. This is inspired by Wil Wheaton’s blog, where he has some specific things he is grading himself on monthly. Blogging publicly about it makes him accountable, and it works as a motivation tool. Yesterday was a wonderfully productive day. I think I’m climbing back up out of the dark hole I’ve been in since my friend died. I got caught up on client work, I went for a walk, and I even left the house to go somewhere with people!
